What is our Medical Weight Management Program?
We promote a healthy lifestyle through compassionate care and utilizing the use effective Injections & medications within our clinic to try and help our patient's get the results they are looking for. We advise healthier eating habits and exercise regimes throughout your visits. The medications we utilize are Semaglutide , B12 and Super MIC.
What is SemaGlutide?
Semaglutide, sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus, is a modified molecule our bodies make, called a GLP-1 (gut hormone). It’s a protein made in the intestine and results in a decrease in blood sugars and appetite. A small change in the molecule allows the drug to last weeks in our bodies rather than the nature version our bodies make, which lasts minutes. Originally used for diabetes and sold under the name Ozempic, SemaGlutide is a higher dose of the same drug for weight loss.
How Does SemaGlutide Work?
Semaglutide acts in the following ways:
Delays how quickly our stomachs digest food. Leading to a feeling of fullness and satisfaction with smaller meal sizes.
Slows intestinal motility so you will feel fuller longer after meals.
Lowers blood sugars, in part by reducing the production of sugar in the liver.
Stimulates insulin secretion by the pancreas.
How to Get Set-up:
Step 1: Initial Consultation

30 minute visit with a medical provider detailing interventions, goals and additional information about the program.
Step 2:Starting the Program
$270
This step is for patients who decide to move forward with the program. After the Initial consultation, the remaining balance of the monthly cost of the program will be charged. This includes 4 weeks of injections of Semaglutide, Super MIC, and B12.
Step 3: Monthly Follow-Ups
$400 - $450
Monthly follow up appointments Include 15 minute monthly visit with a medical provider to track progress against health goals, monitor weight loss and potential side-effects. The program is month to month, charges occur as patients decide to continue with the program. Fees vary from $400 - $450 depending on dosage.
