Our Guideline to Hormone Therapy | Slow and Incremental

Properly adjusting hormones is difficult. Our advice to most patients seeking hormone therapy is work to solve health issues without hormone therapy when possible.

For patients that continue to be unhappy with the way they feel we adhere to controlled measurable changes with hormone therapy.

Step 2 Have blood drawn for labs.

Step 3 Receive lab results.

Step 4 Meet with case management for 60 minute appointment to review labs and formulate a plan.

Step 5 Meet with the prescribing medical provider for a 30 minute comprehensive medical evaluation to review labs and plan to determine the root cause of your symptoms and strategy to improve your health.

Step 6 Adjusting hormone support and medications while closely monitoring how patients feel for several weeks, readjusting or adding other supportive therapies as necessary.

Step 7 Follow up - During this process we will order labs as necessary to see how patients respond and add additional hormones as necessary - $85 per follow up visit.
